YardPath is flat-rate: the plans below are one price for your whole business, not a per-user charge. It’s built phone-first for the truck, and the same subscription runs on iPad when you’d rather catch up on a bigger screen, at the desk or on the couch.

Free, up to 10 customers The whole app, no time limit and no card. Scheduling, routes, mileage, invoicing, notifications, and reports all work exactly as they do on a paid plan; the only thing capped is how many customers you can keep on the books at once. See Free tier limits.
Monthly, $16.99 / month Billed monthly. Cancel any time.
Annual, $149 / year The same app at the best value, about two months free versus paying monthly. Ideal if you run year-round.
Monthly and annual are the same app, the only difference is how often you’re billed. Both lift the 10-customer cap and include scheduling, route optimization, mileage tracking, invoicing and payments, customer management, notifications, and finances & reports. You can upgrade any time from Settings → Subscription.
Start free for 7 days
Prefer to try the paid experience first? Start a 7-day free trial during setup. If you don’t continue, you won’t be charged, and you land on the free tier rather than being locked out.
A lapse doesn’t lock you out of your records
If a subscription lapses, YardPath doesn’t lock you out, it falls back to the same free tier described above. You can still open the app, view and edit everything, and export your records; the only thing that changes is the 10-customer cap applies again (archiving a customer frees a slot if you’re over). Resubscribe any time from Settings → Subscription, or restore a previous purchase, to lift the cap.
Your records live on your device and in your own iCloud rather than on our servers, so keeping a recent export of your own is worth the ten seconds, see Your data & privacy.
Simple, App Store billing
Billing runs through the App Store, so you manage or cancel your subscription right in your Apple account settings. Nothing to set up, no separate account.
