Subscription & Billing

Free for up to 10 customers, one flat subscription for your whole business, and a fallback to the free tier if a subscription ever lapses.

YardPath is free for up to 10 customers, with a 7-day free trial of the paid experience if you want it. The paid plans are flat-rate, one price for your whole business rather than a per-user charge.

Plans

  • Free, up to 10 customers, no time limit and no card
  • Monthly, $16.99 / month
  • Annual, $149 / year (the better value if you run year-round)

All three are the same app. Free caps how many customers you can keep on the books at once and nothing else, see Free tier limits for exactly what that means. Upgrade any time from Settings → Subscription.

Billing for the paid plans is handled by the App Store, so you manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings, cancel any time.

The free trial

Start the 7-day trial during setup. You get the app with no customer cap for the trial period; if you don’t continue, you’re not charged and you land on the free tier.

If your subscription lapses

A lapse doesn’t lock you out of your records, and it doesn’t put the app into a look-but-don’t-touch state. If a subscription lapses, YardPath falls back to the same free tier described above: you can open the app, view and edit everything, keep working jobs, and export your records. The only thing that changes is that the 10-customer cap applies again, so adding a new customer is blocked while you’re at or over it (archiving a customer frees a slot).

YardPath tells you once when it notices the lapse, then leaves you alone, there’s no recurring nag. Resubscribe from Settings → Subscription, or use Restore Purchases, to lift the cap.

Restoring purchases

Switched devices or reinstalled? Use Restore Purchases during setup or in Settings to bring your subscription back.

Prices shown are the planned launch prices and may change; the current price is always the one shown in the App Store before you subscribe.
