Build your day in seconds. YardPath keeps a simple day-plus-queue schedule, a date and a running order, not a rigid calendar with clock times, so you drag jobs into the order you’ll actually drive them (or let YardPath optimize your route).

Recurring visits use a rolling model: instead of cluttering your calendar with a year of future jobs, YardPath keeps the next visit queued and rolls the following one forward each time you finish or skip one. Reschedule after a rainy day with a single tap and the cadence stays intact.

Work each job straight from the truck: tap it through from the Schedule: En Route → In Progress → Complete, and the app records the timestamps behind the scenes, no manual data entry. Anything past due gets an overdue badge, and customers who’ve slipped behind their normal cadence surface in a “behind on service” banner at the top of the day so nothing quietly falls off.

An optional mini-map shows you your next stop. A capacity bar shows the day’s estimated work plus drive time against your target, turning orange as you approach it and red when you’re over - so you know you’re overbooked before you’re standing in the last yard at dark. And because everything lives on your phone and works offline, the schedule is right there in the truck. No signing into a website, no trip back to the office, no paper and pencil.
