Your customers are the business, so YardPath keeps the whole book in one place, name, address, phone, notes, and per-customer service pricing. Import the clients you already have straight from your iPhone Contacts (with a duplicate check), and set the exact price this customer pays for this service. Prices are snapshotted onto each job, so a later rate change doesn’t rewrite past work.

YardPath watches for service drift, the gap between a customer’s normal cadence and their last completed visit, and flags anyone who’s slipped behind so you can slot them back in before they notice. A capacity overview tells you whether you’ve taken on more recurring work than a week can hold, before you say yes to the next yard.
